Yeah because I decided to stay on dA and remain pretty much inactive, so no need to blab.

Hey folks!

As you may have noticed I am rarely on dA.
And I have some good reasons.

I've been regularly insulted here. Oh and 2 people stole my work (they took my pictures and said they were theirs) (2 is the number I'm aware of, they may be more).
As a logical consequence, I truly dislike it here.
Of course, I have many fans and people who are supporting me, and that's also the main reason why this account is still up.

But then, do I really need to be insulted? No I don't. It's not necessary.

I'm not angry nor sad. In fact I'm pretty neutral about.
I just don't like to be insulted (weird right?)

So if one day you don't see me around. You know why.

And if you beg me to stay, I might. (EDIT: it's ironic, I don't really want you to beg for it)

It's ironic. I don't really want you to beg for it. Many understood it wrong, so I needed to clarify that point.


► I have 2 types of people insulting me:

- The one who's craving for attention and just says something mean like "oh wow that s****"

- the one who is wrong and insults me because I'm proving he's wrong (like someone who stole my pictures for her website, without mentioning the pictures were mine and when I say so and I speak about the law, they insult me.)

► I must admit I'm surprised that so many people reacted to this post.
I'm very glad to see the huge support.
I didn't made my mind on keeping my dA account yet, no need to "beg" for it (see first edited point)

So far I think I'm going to do the same then before.
Which is coming here about once a month to see if I got messages. And every 2-3 months put some images of my work.

I'm not trying to be active here, because believe me or not. I got insulted ONLY here.

Telling me it's the same everywhere is just not true.

Aaaaah!! Quel réveil brutal en ce jeudi matin pluvieux.
Alors que je furetais flasquement sur Dawanda, que vois-je???
Mlle de Trognon et Pépin, non contente de reprendre mes donuts "party chocolate" (encore ça je m'en fiche, ce ne sont que des donuts hein, je les ai pas inventé) a carrément volé ma photo pour sa bannière!

Aaaaahh!!! What a brutal wake-up on this rainy Thursday morning.
I was lazily looking at various stuff on Dawanda and saw this!
Miss Trognon et Pépin, non happy enough to copy my donuts "Party chocolate" (please note that I do not care about that since I never invented donuts) has stolen my photo for her banner!

END OF THE STORY:

Alors alors, après cette journée pourrie ayant vu ma photo sur une bannière de quelqu'un d'autre, l'histoire s'est clarifiée:
Mlle Trognon et Pépins avait acheté une impression de cette image sur deviantArt et pensait avoir acheté les droits d'auteur sur cette image.

Non, non, non, les droits d'auteur ne s'achètent pas!!
La création (ici la miniature et la photo) m'appartient et j'en fais ce que je veux! Mlle Trognon et Pépins fait ce qu'elle veut avec son impression, elle peut en faire des confettis si elle le souhaite.


Soooo, after a rather crappy day due to one of my photos on a banner from someone else, the story got to its end:
Miss Trognon et Pépins bought a print from that image on deviantArt and thought she bought the Author's right on that image.

No, no, no, you can't buy the author's right!!
The creation (the minaiture and the photo) belong to me only and I can do what I want with them! Miss Trognon et Pépins can do whatever she wants with her impression, she can transform it in confetti if she wants to.

Et maintenant au boulot! Quel temps et énergie perdus!

And now off to work! What a waste of time and energy!
